OUR PURPOSE
To set forth and update high standards of delivering emergency nursing services, educate its members, stimulate research, disseminate new ideas throughout the field, promote interdisciplinary communication and cooperation, and address issues encompassing the practice of emergency nursing. PENA fulfills its mission through the strategies that address clinical practice, education, research, representation, and operations.

We nurture and produce globally competitive emergency care professionals dedicated to saving lives by providing high-quality emergency care in communities through standardized practices, continuous education, training, and research.
VISION
Presence of a PENA member in every emergency healthcare institution in the Philippines by 2030.
